The brief.

Premium Plastic and Homeware needed one place to manage the work that keeps the business moving, from orders and stock to the customers they serve.

The software had to be simple enough for everyday use across the team, secure enough to hold commercial information, and flexible enough to grow as the company does.

What we did.

  1. Designed around real workflows

We started by learning how each team works today, then shaped screens and steps around those tasks so the system fits the business rather than the other way round.

  2. One source of truth

Orders, stock and customer records live in one connected system, so everyone works from the same up-to-date information.

  3. Access by role

People see and change only what their role needs, which keeps sensitive information protected and everyday screens uncluttered.

  4. Built to grow

A modular foundation means new areas of the business can be added to PPAH One over time without rebuilding what already works.

What it made possible.

With its operations running through PPAH One, the company was able to create a separate public-facing website where people can track their orders in real time.

Four principles, put to work.

01 / 04

Security from the start

Role-based access and careful handling of commercial data were part of the design from the first decision.

02 / 04

Speed people can feel

Screens are kept lean so common tasks are quick to complete during a busy working day.

03 / 04

Efficient by design

One system replaces scattered tools, so there is less to maintain and less to keep in sync.

04 / 04

Quality in the details

Clear labels, helpful error messages and consistent layouts make the system easy to learn and pleasant to use.
